A note on views: the 2-bedroom that sleeps 4 lists a Burj Khalifa view, but its host writes that the apartment does not offer direct Burj Khalifa views. We go with the host on that one, so treat our firm Burj Khalifa view count as four.
Parking
Every one of our Act One Act Two apartments lists parking, and the host of the 1-bedroom that sleeps 4 with a host-described balcony describes it as free parking. What we haven't confirmed: whether each apartment has its own reserved space, whether guest cars need registering, and the height limit. If you're driving, tell us when you book and we'll check for your apartment.
Pool and gym
The pool appears on five of six amenity lists and a gym on three. The host of the 2-bedroom that sleeps 4 notes that the pool will be closed on the evening of 31 December — worth knowing if you're planning a New Year's stay. The 2-bedroom that sleeps 3 lists neither pool nor gym.
Check-in, check-out and getting in
None of the six listings publishes a check-in or check-out time, so we don't quote one; your booking confirmation will. Two apartments list self check-in: the 1-bedroom that sleeps 4 with self check-in and the 2-bedroom that sleeps 4. Where guests have rated check-in, the scores are 5.0 for the 1-bedroom that sleeps 2 (8 reviews), 5.0 for the 1-bedroom that sleeps 4 with self check-in (1 review) and 4.33 for the 2-bedroom that sleeps 3 (3 reviews).
Inside the apartments
- Laundry: a washing machine is listed in all six.
- Working: three list a dedicated workspace; the host of one 1-bedroom also describes high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
- Outdoor space: only one listing records a balcony, but hosts describe a private balcony (1-bedroom that sleeps 4), a balcony with a city view (2-bedroom that sleeps 3) and a private terrace with a jacuzzi (3-bedroom that sleeps 7).
- Extras the hosts describe: the 3-bedroom's host describes an in-apartment sauna and four Smart TVs; one 1-bedroom's host offers an extra bed for an extra charge. We haven't inspected these ourselves.
