Act One Act Two for couples: the 1-bedrooms compared

If it's just the two of you, a 1-bedroom at Act One Act Two is the obvious fit. We have three. One is set up for exactly two guests; the other two sleep up to four and add a workspace. Here's how they differ, with the prices and calendar figures we hold as of 7 October 2026.

Facts checked 2026-10-07

All three list one bed, one bathroom, a washing machine, parking and the building pool. A gym is listed on two of them (not the one with the host-described balcony). None lists a Dubai Fountain view.

Which one suits two guests

The apartment that sleeps 2 is the only one sized for exactly two people, and the only one of the three whose amenity list includes a balcony. It has no listed workspace. With 8 reviews it is our most-reviewed 1-bedroom here, and its scores are mixed: 5.0 for check-in, 4.88 for accuracy, 4.75 for cleanliness and location, and 4.5 for communication and value โ€” 4.38 overall. Its calendar showed no open nights between 7 October 2026 and 31 January 2027 when we checked, so it may not be bookable for your dates.

The apartment that sleeps 4 with self check-in is the one to look at if you arrive at odd hours: it is one of two Act One Act Two apartments that list self check-in. It also lists a workspace and a gym. Its host mentions an extra bed for an extra charge. It has a single Airbnb review, rated 5.0 โ€” too few to read much into.

The apartment that sleeps 4 with a host-described balcony lists a workspace, and its host describes a private balcony, high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, and says it takes up to four adults plus one child. It is rated 5.0, but the number of reviews behind that score isn't published. Of the three, it had the most open nights from October to December when we checked.
